Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by ReOptimize Technologies located at 45 Al Khalifa Road, Dubai, UAE. By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Service
- Verifiedbadge will only be used to help you get verified on Instagram.
- Verifiedbadge does not guarantee that your account will get verified, we only guarantee that we'll submit your account to Instagram and deliver you PR articles/a case study depending on the package you choose.
- Verification submissions are sent to Instagram via a Media Partner Panel. Verifiedbadge works together with a third party that has access to this Media Partner Panel and who submits the verification requests on Verifiedbadge's behalf.


3. Payment processor
- Payments are processed using a secure credit card checkout, with no sensitive financial information being saved to our servers. Secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
- You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute or claim. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or claim, we receive the right, if necessary, to remove the verifiedbadge form your account, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address as well as take down any published PR articles.

4. Registration
- You agree by ordering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.

5. Copyright
- You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the Verifiedbadge website without the written consent of a Verifiedbadge representative.

6. Instagram
- You will only use the Verifiedbadge website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram on their Terms of Service page.

7. Liabilities
- Verifiedbadge is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram.

8. Disclaimer
- Verifiedbadge will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Verifiedbadge makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since Verifiedbadge uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.

9. Change of terms
- This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Verifiedbadge is required upon your continued use of our website or software.

Refund Policy
Since Verifiedbadge.net is offering non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds once the services are rendered.

Verifiedbadge cannot guarantee that your submitted Instagram profile will be verified on Instagram as a result of purchasing our service(s). While we'll do our absolute best to get you verified, the decision is ultimately made by Instagram and we cannot, in any way, influence the outcome.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realise that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

- Non-delivery of the service: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed. We will not honor requests for a refund when we have notified customers about possible delays before ordering (for example, an alert on the order page(s)), in this case, ordering is at own risk.
- Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
